Following successful trips to Barcelona and Lisbon, Peakon decided on Berlin for their annual Summer Summit and asked INSYNC to organise flights, accommodation and a fun packed three days of strategy sessions, team building, dinners and a finale party for 90 Peakons from London, Copenhagen and Berlin.

On arrival from the UK and Denmark, private transfers took guests to the Grand Amano, a contemporary hotel in the Mitte district, for an afternoon of talks and group sessions followed by a champagne reception in the sun flooded courtyard and BBQ dinner on the stylish rooftop club with views over Berlin.

 

The following morning, guests where whisked away on coaches to a secret location and guided up a leafy road to Teufelsberg, an abandoned American listening station from the Cold War made entirely out of salvaged materials and beautifully adorned in intricate graffiti murals. Following this theme, guests were welcomed by a team of professional graffiti artists who guided them in a team building workshop to create their very own mural on the historic walls around the company motto “Be More”. 
 

After showcasing their artistic skills a picnic lunch was enjoyed and guests returned to the hotel to prepare for a special future foodie dinner at Hermann's, a super contemporary and bright restaurant full of art installations.
 

On the final day of activities, guests walked the sunny streets to industrial co-working space Unicorn for a day of strategy sessions and after some free time to immerse in the Berlin culture headed back to the hotel to prepare for the evening’s festivities.  Stunning Soho House was chosen as the party venue and guests were treated to drinks on the private roof terrace, a four course family style feast and drinks until the early hours.

The three day Summit left guests feeling inspired and connected to the company mission and their fellow colleagues!
