INSYNC was tasked with creating an unforgettable and immersive Halloween experience for 150 staff and clients, transforming a night of revelry into an absurd, theatrical journey filled with eerie encounters, spontaneous performances, and unexpected twists. The Light Bar’s Loft and Backyard spaces in Shoreditch were the perfect setting for a night of disco-fuelled chaos, where guests were lured into an ever-evolving world of mystery, comedy, and spine-tingling surprises.

 

From the moment they arrived, guests were plunged into the surreal. With a striking palette of orange, gold, black, and white, metallic foil curtains, mylar balloons, and eye motifs hinting at the watchful presence of unseen forces, the décor set the perfect tone. Out of nowhere, “The Hairy Twins”- our eccentric, conjoined-but-separate hosts - swooped in to select guests from the dance floor, adorned them in outlandish attire for a bizarre “family portrait,” and taught a quirky dance routine that would come into play later in the evening. But that was only the beginning.

 

Those looking for adventure were led down a pumpkin-lit trail toward the Haunted Mansion experience - pushing past the caution tape, guests crawled through a confined tunnel thick with cobwebs and echoing voices, emerging into the chaotic, unsettling kitchen of a peculiar Clairvoyant couple. Their victims were subjected to an unhinged séance and bizarre sensory challenges before wielding a power tool with wild glee to send guests racing back to the relative safety of the main party.

 

As the party reached its peak, flash mobs erupted on the dance floor, blending theatrical spontaneity with uninhibited revelry. The evening culminated in a thrilling piñata smash, as guests unleashed their energy on pumpkin-shaped effigies, releasing a cascade of hidden treats.

 

INSYNC delivered an experience that was more than just a celebration—it was an unpredictable, interactive spectacle where every guest became part of the story. Through intricate set design, unexpected theatrical interactions, and high-energy dance floor moments, the event transformed Halloween into a night of unforgettable, immersive revelry.​
