To bring Google magic to the Lifestyle + Consumer Retail teams at their busiest peak time of year, ensuring staff felt uplifted, energised, surprised and delighted.

We crafted a fully interactive two hour online event around the theme “All That Glitters” for 130 team members in nine different countries.

 

Guests received a pre-delivered party pack containing a menu of food and drink tailored to their country, as well as two DIY craft workshop kits, and were invited to join the lunchtime event.  Our fabulously dressed comedy hosts set the scene, introduced the event and invited people to open their boxes of delights!

 

First on the agenda was a mixology session to make a delicious Golden Margarita with real edible glitter, before heading into the first break out workshop to create a beautiful dried wreath with gold accents.

 

Guests came back to the main room to enjoy their main meal while listening to a storytelling session of magic and folklore before completing the second of the workshops, a festive outfit challenge using iron on patches and other accoutrements to create a fashion fabulous scarf.

 

The final test was decorating a Maya chocolate fudge cake with meringue kisses and toffee popcorn before an awards ceremony for the best looking wreath and creatively designed scarf closed the event.
