The series kicked off in February with a nutrition talk and cooking demo by professional rugby player James Haskell & executive chef to the England football team Omar Meziane, dispelling some popular myths around healthy eating.

This was followed by dynamic duo Soul Sisters in April, with a specially curated Yogabox fusion class, accompanied by bespoke cinematic visuals and hypnotic soundtrack.

Our June workshops focused on the importance of taking time away from your desk to get creative with work colleagues, with terrarium making and lego stop motion animation.

December saw a Christmas special with everyone feeling warm and fuzzy with lots of cuddles from our furry friends, a litter of gorgeous nine-week old puppies.. with experts recording that animal therapy can help alleviate depression, loneliness and even help improve communication, you could visibly see blood pressure rates dropping, highly recommended for any office!

Talks so far this year have featured television and radio presenter Fearne Cotton, sharing her personal experience with depression and the positive steps she's made to be more mindful.

Accomplished artist and author Professor Green proactively spoke out about toxic masculinity and his vision for creating better role models in society during Mental Health Week.

Ade Adepitan - Paralympian, wheelchair basketball star and TV presenter - discussed overcoming adversity to find your passion and how we can all be enablers to help people achieve their dreams.

Ex Rugby player and campaigner for Terrence Higgins Trust, Gareth Thomas, spoke passionately about his experience of being the first active sportsperson to make a massive leap of trust and openly come out as gay after living a double life for many years - as well as raising HIV awareness, the fight against stigma around the condition and the importance for everyone to get tested.

Nadiya Hussain - Esteemed British Bake Off winner and motivational speaker joined us for our first Talks @ series of 2020 to celebrate the publication of her brand-new memoir, Finding My Voice, Nadiya inspired guests in an inclusive, warm, honest and humorous way discussing her struggles with anxiety and her rise to success.

“A huge thank you for the hard work! Feedback from agencies has been very positive - they love the approach to the classes and the added wow factor of the stunning visuals and curated playlist gave it the Google touch."

"The creative sessions were so much fun, it was a great way to bond with colleagues and being able to take part in such lovely events certainly make us

feel looked after!”

"It was amazing to get away from my desk for a couple of hours to work with natural materials and focus on something requiring very different skills from me too! It was great to clear my mind and just relax. Thank you for a great wellness event"
