Plan and produce a "Summer of Love" afternoon into overnight festival experience for 100 staff.

The beautiful Home Farm Glamping was chosen as the venue for its ideal location just north of London with easy transport links for both offices, and array of areas which could be revealed throughout the event. The site was decorated with production pieces reminiscent of the iconic 1967 summer and Woodstock festival with hearts, peace signs, flowers and colourful ribbons adorning tents and trees.
On arrival guests were checked into their accommodation for the night, a range of yurts and bell tents named after famous musical acts from the era, and a high energy speed networking session then ensued - dividing guests into teams to take part in an afternoon of games in the sunshine, led by our hilarious comedy comperes, Monsieur Le Bon Bon and the Love Hearts.
Teams revolved around the Summer of Love games including Psychedelic painting, a Flower Power boot camp and Tug of Love contest, with the afternoon culminating in a Disco musical benches to decide the ultimate winners.
After the games guests were invited to relax in their tents and visit the glitter and dress up stations to get party ready for a sumptuous long label banquet served under the old Oak as the sun went down. After dinner, guests were led to the the secret woodland stage for a surprise performance by international music collective The Turbans followed by a DJ and dancing in the disco tipi and late night campfire.
