As part of their Hallowe’en in store activations, INSYNC produced a suitably spooky area within the Kids Department to entertain the little ones.

As the activation needed to be for all ages – and not too scary! – we decided to run a Harry Potter style Potions Class and transformed the area into a Witches Lair complete with skulls, poisoned black apples, candles, pumpkins and crystal balls.

Children were invited to join our wickedly wonderful witch surrounded by jars of mystery ingredients hidden amongst the cob webs.

As she read her spells she encouraged them to help make her magical potions by adding an eye ball or a dead mouse into the smoking cauldron.

Our team were on hand to fulfil any face paint requests – spider webs, colourful day of the dead skeletons, butterflies, frozen princesses and of course lots of glitter!

On leaving children took home their own mini ghosts and a personalised magical spell.
